I try to play solo ttrpg in notion too. You say "(if you want to see how I’m doing this you can click the link to see my Notion notebook)" but i cant find the link (maybe because im new in subsctak). I would like to take a look at how you organize your games in Notion. Thanks in advance :)
Thanks!!! And I was in your position on solo TTRPGs for a bit. I kind of just thought, isn't that a video game? But then we had our son and as life got in the way of playing normal PT RP cheese I decided to give it a go and after getting past a lot of confusion about how to do it I really enjoyed the experience.
I actually think if I wasn't blogging about it, I would probably play a little less or slower just when I had downtime.
I really like the relationship mechanic you set up. You could potentially use it not just for romantic relationships but connections between the party. Maybe it has mechanical effect once it's high enough (e.g. +1 if fighting side by side, or performing a task together). Looking forward to reading more!
That's a super interesting idea. I may follow that idea. I like the bonus to helping each other idea. Since shadow dark doesn't really have a help action of any kind, that could be a very minor substitute.
Thanks for the thoughts I love getting this kind of creative feedback.

Hey there!!!
Back then I was messing with different formats so it's possible I got the link messed up.
I've included the link for my public notion below, but be warned, there are spoilers especially in journal page.

I will say almost all of it started (years ago) from Sly Flourishes template and since then it was been VERY HEAVILY simplified.
If there's some interest maybe I'll do a post on how I use notion sometime.
This is well done! I'm fascinated by the idea of playing RPG's solo, but I'm not actually interested in actually doing it unfortunately.

I enjoy the view into your rules and setup. I just did my own first solo play session and need to hammer out some things. Appreciate your work!
Awesome! Glad it helpful!

Absolutely. A +1 might turn the tide, but it's not too big of a bonus to unbalance things.
Nice! Looking forward to seeing this develop.
Thanks so much. Huge fan of your work!
Absolutely! I really hope you enjoy the story and that the behind-the-scenes stuff is helpful for your own journey.
